I didn’t get an Access Code

If you aren’t receiving an access code when you are attempting to signup, please wait a few minutes to see if it arrives.  If you are using an email address to signup, please make sure to check your Spam or Junkmail folder and then add our email address to your Safe Senders list.  If you are using a phone number (phone call) to signup, then the Alertable system will try to call you with your access code and if the line is busy we can’t reach you.  If you are expecting a Text or a Phone Call and are using an iPhone, please make sure you have turned off the “Silence Unknown Callers” option in Settings > Phone to allow our messages to come through.
