What is so great about the PLUS subscription?
The PLUS plan is our most popular plan and is great for teams who need the flexibility and redundancy of having multiple people send and manage alerts and notifications. This is great for teams who do shift work or who have multiple roles responsible for communicating with the public, employees and stakeholders such as Fire & Emergency, Communications, and Operations.
Can I change my subscription later?
Yes, absolutely. You can change levels at any time. You'll only be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your term if you upgrade your level. If you choose to downgrade your level, it will take effect automatically at the end of your current paid up term.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by contacting us at info@peasi.com. You will continue to have access to the Alertable emergency communication system to the end of your current paid-up term.
