The Alertable software (the “Application”) and its services (the “Services”) are provided FREE and “AS-IS” by Arter Mobilize Inc (doing business as Arter Kirkwood & Associates) to anyone who chooses to use it. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

We want to inform you that whenever you use the Application and its Services, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information from your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Application and its Services, the time and date of your use of the Application and its Services, and other statistics.
